Krystal Monterrey

Our first room had some problems. When we addressed the manager, they were quite accommodating and gave us a better room with absolutely no problems. In a great neighborhood, good restaurants abound. On site parking lot. Beautiful lobby. In the evening, there was an entertaining ballet folklorico competition outside the front door. Beautiful bed, picturesque view of city lights each direction.

Clean place, excellent location

Great location and staff. They did everything to make our stay as welcoming as possible. Walking distance to everything you need or want to see.

We ordered room service on our last day. For the rest of our meals we wandered around the old town and were treated to fresh and authentic dishes and coffees. Plenty of fruit amd vegetables! The plaza usually had musicians providing some music and in the morning and latter part of the day the jacaranda trees would fill with birds that provides a beautiful background for just sitting on a bench in the shade and being surrounded by their songs which seemed to go on to midno
